CEC offers many Virtual Office plans because different types of businesses, and businesses at different stages of change and growth, need a full time physical presence and professional support from time to time, but not necessarilly occupied full-time.   Virtual offices have helped countless business owners by providing high-quality meeting facilities, prestigious business addresses and effective support services.  What’s more, many businesses — for professional as well as legal reasons — require physical office and meeting space in order to be sustainable, and to communicate an  appropriate sense of permanence and professionalism. What Virtual Office plans do we offer to you?  There are several.  The “Basic Identity” plan provides you the use of this professional address to receive and send mail and to use as your domiciliary address for business purposes. “Telephone Identity” includes telephone support, just as if you were present in the office — although you may be on-the-road. The “Office” plans, Gaffer Office and Chemung Office, provide an affordable allocation of discounted office and meeting space use as well as back office support.

As a practical matter, virtual office plans need to be provided from locations having available business support services, meeting facilities, and work areas because as your business grows you will need to involve others – delegating work, meeting customers, and collaborating – and in the “big picture” those growth activities are more effective if done from the address location.973A8011

Virtual Office Service Plans

Identity

Basic Identity
Basic Identity starts at $115/month, 12-month contract. With this plan, when you become our client you get:

  • Use of “5 E. Market Street, Corning, NY” in Corning, New York’s historic Gaffer District as your professional mailing address. This improves your image by providing a stable business location that looks “right” when people search it using Google, Yelp or other means. This also helps protect your privacy and personal security by deflecting random searches away from your home and making your business much easier to find in searches because its address is in a central business district.
  • Mail (correspondence) management – We receive your business mail for you, sign for your packages, and handle them according to your instructions. You may even have us scan and e-mail your correspondence to you, and determine how often items will be sent to you.
  • Your business name as a tenant on the 5 E. Market Street building directory.

Telephone Identity Level 1
This plan is intended for businesses needing live, responsive and efficient receptionist telephone coverage during working hours. With this package, when you become our client you get:

  • Voice-over-IP telephone number with extensive features. Pretty much no matter where you are, it will sound and “feel” like you are in the office with live phone coverage during normal business hours and voice mail, call transfer or call center coverage at other times, depending on the features in the contract you choose.
  • Voicemail box – 24/7 voice mailbox with advanced features including remote setup/change and message retrieval.

Telephone Identity Level 2
With this plan, when you become our client you get the combined features of Basic and Telephone Identity at a discount.

The Identity packages let you manage and grow your business while:

  • protecting the security of your household with a place away to meet for business and buffer commercial traffic
  • providing image, permanence, and support that is not available from a post office box address
  • enabling you to scale up to a Class A office only on the days you need to and avoid the expense when you don’t

Office

Gaffer Office
With this plan, when you become our client you get:

  • Use of the Centerway ExecuCenter’s Market Street business address in Corning, New York’s historic Gaffer District as your professional mailing address. This improves your image by providing a stable business location that looks “right” when people search it using Google, Yelp or other means. This also helps protect your privacy and personal security by deflecting random searches away from your home and making your business much easier to find in searches because its address is in the central business district.
  • Mail (correspondence) management – your business mail is collected and packages are signed for, and forwarded according to your instructions. You may even have us scan and e-mail your correspondence to you.
  • Your business name as a tenant on the 5 E. Market Street building directory.
  • An allocation of 16 hours per month of day-office time, with option to convert that time to conference room use. The allocation is reset to 16 hours at the beginning of each month as long as your contract is kept current.

Chemung Office
This plan is similar to Gaffer Office except that the 16 monthly hours of day-office time are replaced by 10 days of office time in our ExecuCenter, with a full-time file/locker cabinet for your files and personal effects, use of our WorkCafé™ productivity center, and a discounted rate for overtime and conference room use. The office time allocation is reset to 10 days at the beginning of each month as long as your contract is kept current.
